Francois Bouderlique
Fascinated by the Indian continent and its rapid development while incarnating still many of the oldest spiritual tradition on earth, he decided to do an MBA in inter-cultural management foreseeing the need to develop unifying skills for the challenge that the planet would be facing soon.
In 1995, he created his first consulting company IFRECO - Indo-French Business Research Consultancy, to assist the changing world workplace environment and challenges. A new challenge awaited him in 2003 when his well-recognized cross-cultural management expertise lead him to the headquarters of the European Space Agency in Paris for the development of specialized financial products. In 5 years, performing to his best capacity, he was ranked as one of the top-performers of his company, multiplying net-profits of his department by 20 in less than 4 years.
It was during the sub-prime crisis in 2008 and the lack of regulation from authorities that followed that he opened his eyes to the depths of a financial world in need of renewal. Related ethical issues was ignored and morality kept collapsing in a world governed by lobby industries. In 2014, he left his 6 digit salary in one of the top five megabank in Paris to return exclusively to the creation of structure raising awareness in the field of participatory economics and related initiative.
"Today I trust that humanity is ready for a quantum leap evolution of consciousness. Our planet being to the brink of financial, social and climatic/environmental collapse, I believe that only through the universal heart-base approaches could we have a shift of priority toward higher ideals. Our world, although governed by the laws of free will enabling us to be sole arbitrators of our choices, can still unite in a universal collective change. Time is short. Opportunity is great. It is for all of us to see and feel! I truly believe it’s possible through a heart-base-consciousliving."
