Way to Health, Wealth and Happiness

From where does our motivation arise? Is it the work of our individual mind or the work of our deepest aspirations?

The process of Quantum Mapping initiates with one object and one purpose of our deepest aspiration. This ideal is then kept in view to elaborate what will be helpful for the attainment of the ideal through practical aspects of our life such as our social, mental and physical life. Our deep aspiration pertains to the vital and spiritual ground. When we pause and assess our life with the heart perspective, we call out for the seat of our consciousness, the nuclear power of our being will then create a motion to where it is directed and our motivations and subsequently our efforts will be natural.

5 simple steps to review daily for the attainment of our ideals

Once our Quantum Map is completed, a clear and holistic vision will be established in our mind and heart. What is needed in the following months is to review regularly the Quantum Map along with the vivid feelings that those achievements are creating within us. It is the repetition and anchoring of these vibrations in the form of feelings that a chain reaction will be created in the Quantum field. One has to keep focusing of the synchronicities which will unfold in a systematic way.

Here are the main steps to be followed consistently :

  1. Review your life purpose with the keys words

  2. Review our Quantum Map with induced positive feelings that it creates within

  3. In times of difficulty, keep referring to our ideal while raising our vibration (elevated emotions and feelings)

  4. Treat the flow of life as the natural unfolding path, surrender to it with happiness, courage and invincible faith

  5. Control your intakes (physical and mental food) while checking on your environment (friends, accointances, surrounding).

How to create a Quantum Map?

The initial focus of introspection is to define what is our spiritual ideal. What is the core element that we want to achieve in our life? Is it Perfection in character? Extension of our consciousness? What is our relationship with the concept of Divinity or superior power? What could be our absolute achievement as a human being?

Once this ideal is defined, we shall build subsequent goals which will support our ultimate Goal. We will review 3 different aspects of our life namely the mental, social and physical developments that are required for our core achievement.

Mental targets will address any learning, exploring new subjects and a wide range of understanding that we feel shall support and enrich our life.

Social targets will deal with our network, financial and material needs.

Finally, the physical aspect of our life will be review by defining clear life-style policies such as diet, sleep patterns, routine exercise etc. to ensure a good level of health and energy.

Principles of Quantum physics applied to consciousness

Quantum physics explains the nature and behavior of matter and energy on the atomic and subatomic level, and began with several different scientific discoveries from the 1838 discovery of cathode rays, to the quantum hypothesis and photoelectric effect. The term quantum mechanics was coined in the early 1920s by a group of physicists at the University of Gottingen.

In the 1920’s quantum mechanics was laid out by three great minds: Werner Heisenberg, Niels Bohr and Erwin Schrödinger, who all read from and greatly respected the Vedas, the ancient Indian texts on spirituality. They elaborated upon these ancient books of wisdom in their language and with modern mathematical formulas to try to understand the ideas that are to be found throughout the Vedas, referred to in the ancient Sanskrit as “Brahman,” “Paramatma,” “Akasha” and “Atman.” As Schrödinger said, “It is some blood transfusion from the East to the West to save Western science from spiritual anaemia.”

Niels Bohr got the ball rolling around 1900 by explaining why atoms emit and absorb electromagnetic radiation only at certain frequencies. Then, in the 1920 Erwin Schrödinger, an Austrian-Irish physicist who won the Nobel prize, came up with his famous wave equation that predicts how the Quantum Mechanical wave function changes with time. Wave functions are used in Quantum Mechanics to determine how particles move and interact with time.

In the 1920’s, Werner Heisenberg formulated his famous uncertainty principle, which states that when a physicist attempts to observe a subatomic particle, the experimental apparatus inevitably alters the trajectory of the subatomic particle.

Science and Metaphysics seem to be at odds with each other. However, the pioneers of Quantum Mechanics believed otherwise. The fathers of Quantum Physics, while formulating their ground-breaking theories, dug into the annals of Vedanta Philosophy and found their experiments to be consistent with the ancient Indian Vedas and literature. The famous Nobel laureate from Denmark, Niels Bohr said, “I go into the Upanishads to ask questions.

Erwin Schrödinger while speaking of a universe in which particles are represented by wave functions, said, “The unity and continuity of Vedanta are reflected in the unity and 5 continuity of wave mechanics. This is entirely consistent with the Vedanta concept of All is One.”

Schrödinger wrote in his book - My View of the World, “In all the world, there is no kind of framework within which we can find consciousness in the plural; this is simply something we construct because of the temporal plurality of individuals, but it is a false construction.... The only solution to this conflict in so far as any is available to us at all lies in the ancient wisdom of the Upanishads”. In chapter 5 of this book he gives his understanding of the basic view of Vedanta. He writes therein, “Vedanta teaches that consciousness is singular, all happenings are played out in one universal consciousness and there is no multiplicity of selves.”

Werner Heisenberg who is noted for his crucial contributions to quantum mechanics, devised a method to formulate quantum mechanics in terms of matrices, for which he was awarded the 1932 Nobel Prize for Physics. Heisenberg is widely considered one of the most influential figures in nuclear physics, particle physics and quantum field theory. Heisenberg stated, “Quantum theory will not look ridiculous to people who have read Vedanta.”

Furthermore, Fritzjof Capra, when interviewed by Renee Weber in the book The Holographic Paradigm, stated that Schrödinger, in speaking about Heisenberg, has said, “I had several discussions with Heisenberg. I lived in England then, and I visited him several times in Munich and showed him the whole manuscript chapter by chapter. He was very interested and very open, and he told me something that I think is not known publicly because he never published it. He said that he was well aware of these parallels. While he was working on quantum theory he went to India to lecture and was a guest of Tagore. He talked a lot with Tagore about Indian philosophy. Heisenberg told me that these talks had helped him a lot with his work in physics because they showed him that all these new ideas in quantum physics were not all that crazy. He realized there was, in fact, a whole culture that subscribed to very similar ideas. Heisenberg said that this was a great help for him.”

Albert Einstein would regularly read the Bhagavad Gita. Einstein’s famous quote on the Bhagavad Gita states, “When I read the Bhagavad Gita and reflect about how God created this universe everything else seems so superfluous.”

Ancient Rishis of Vedic times were scientists in that they were able to dive deep into the mysteries of the Universe through intense practice of meditation and yoga. This is why we 6 recommend a dedicated practice of meditation, most particularly the Heartfulness Meditation Method to all our students, patients and instructors.

In modern times too, Indian Spirituality has continued to flourish in an unbroken chain of Masters and Disciples who have continued the research. Here we must mention how Nikola Tesla met Swami Vivekananda in Paris during the former’s travels to the West. Swami Vivekananda, wrote in a letter to an English friend, "Mr. Tesla thinks he can demonstrate mathematically that force and matter are reducible to potential energy. I am to go and see him next week to get this new mathematical demonstration. In that case, the Vedantic cosmology will be placed on the surest of foundations. I am working a good deal now on the cosmology and eschatology of the Vedanta. I see their perfect union with modern science, and the elucidation of the one will be followed by that of the other." – Swami Vivekananda, Complete Works, Vol. V, Fifth Edition, 1347, p. 77

Here Swami Vivekananda uses the terms force and matter for the Sanskrit terms Prana and Akasha. Tesla used the Sanskrit terms and understood them as energy and mass. In Swami Vivekananda’s day, as in many dictionaries published in the first half of the present century, force and energy were not always clearly differentiated. Energy is perhaps a more proper translation of the Sanskrit term “Prana”.

Further research consistently shows the gap between what the higher realms of human consciousness reveal and what science is closing in on. The new science of epigenetics by the likes of Dr. Bruce Lipton has revealed much in the field of biology as has the work on neuropeptides by Dr. Cadence Pert. Even computing and technology are shifting their base from classical mechanical physics to the ever- growing field of quantum principles.

We are witnessing a shift in the belief that the Universe is objective.

The concept of a Subjective Universe opens a whole new vista of taking a fresh look at what ancient traditions of spiritual seers, rishis and scriptures described in deep meditative states of flow. As we see a new world of infinite possibilities unfolding before us, we can explore the process of healing and wellness from an entirely different perspective and learn that the human spirit is capable of much more than we thought possible.

What is consciousness?
Is matter a derivative from consciousness?

Let us explore the René Peoc’h’s Experiment.

In 1986 Rene Peoc’h conducted a most astonishing experiment to show telekinesis – influencing objects at a distance by power of the mind. He used newly hatched chicks and a specially made robot.

Chickens and all birds believe the first animate creature or thing they see after hatching is their parent and become closely bonded. Peoc’h introduced the newly hatched chicks to his special robot. They loved it and yearned to be close to it.

The robot could drive itself around on wheels and had a pen underneath to trace its path on paper as it moved. It had a random number generator on the steering – every every few seconds it changed direction. A large table with a low sidewall to prevent the robot falling off was covered by a sheet of white paper. The robot was placed in the centre of the table and set moving, it traced a random pattern across the table.

The Experiment

Peoc’h put the robot in the centre of the table and switched it on- it traced a random pattern.

Peoc’h put 15 chickens which were bonded to the robot in a small cage at one end of the table, put the robot in the centre of the table and switched it on. The chicks felt anxiety when it moved away from them, yearning for it to be close.

These chicks had a profound effect on the robot’s movement. It moved toward the chickens and stayed at the end of the table closest to them.

Quantum Living

Yoga is systematically proposed for mapping a routine life at different level. First the practice of meditation (meditation means : to become familiar with yourself) is recommended to connect yourself with the Quantum field or the Source, whatever label we put on getting within and exploring consciousness and its roots.

For those who don’t know how to meditate we recommend Heartfulness meditation, a simple daily practice with multiple benefits.

Imparted entirely free of charge in various centers around the world, we encourage each one to try it on their own. During the workshop we will introduce you to the method by a daily meditation session

At a physical level, we recommend Salutation to the Sun, a well known and systematic yoga described below.

Suryanamaskar: The ideal exercise.

Yoga is one of the most advanced human fitness training ever discovered. The ideal course is that you learn from a registered yoga trainer. It engages the mind, body and spirit in a holistic and gentle way. Yoga blends into any daily routine, any climate and any age group. That said, while you find that ideal yoga class there is one yoga movement that is one you could start with without waiting further.

The famous yoga movement that has 12 successive movements performed in a graceful flowing rhythm with easy breathing accompanying it makes for the best possible exercise. It is a whole, all-inclusive exercise.

Remember that:

  • Doing 12 sets of Surya Namaskars is equal to doing 288 yoga poses.

  • Surya Namaskar if done at a fast pace is a good workout for your cardiovascular system.

  • In one set of Surya Namaskar an average sized person burns 13.9 calories. 30 mns of the same will burn 417 calories as compared to 331 for cycling, 414 for running, 364 for rock climbing.

Perform the following cycle with each leg to finish one round of Suryanamaskar.

Mind mapping and Quantum mapping

Mind mapping is generally linked with the popular psychologist Tony Buzan, although in fact similar approaches have been used by Porphyry of Tyros in the 3rd century to conceptualize the ideas of Aristotle.

Many geniuses have used visual representation close to mind mapping which use a biomimetic approach such as Leonardo da Vinci, Picasso, to name but a few.

Biomimetic or biomimicry is the imitation of the models, systems, and elements of nature for the purpose of solving complex human problems. The terms "biomimetic" and "biomimicry" derive from Ancient Greek: βίος (bios), life, and μίμησις (mīmēsis), imitation, from μιμεῖσθαι (mīmeisthai), to imitate, from μῖμος (mimos), actor. Biomimetic has given rise to new technologies inspired by biological solutions at macro and nanoscales. Humans have looked at nature for answers to problems throughout their existence. Nature has inspired self-healing abilities, environmental exposure tolerance and resistance, hydrophobicity, self- assembly, and harnessing solar energy. Mind Maps are biomimetics of our neural network and nerve cells.

Mind mapping is a highly effective way of getting information in and out of your brain. Mind mapping is a creative and logical means of note-taking and note- making that literally "maps out" your ideas in a brain/neural compatible mode.

All Mind Maps have some things in common. They have a natural organizational structure that radiates from the centre and use lines, symbols, words, colour and images according to simple, brain-friendly concepts. Mind mapping converts a long list of monotonous information into a colourful, memorable and highly organized diagram that works in line with your brain's natural way of doing things.

While the mind can be better used with simple techniques like the mind-mapping tool, exploring further mind-training through specific frequency music and mid- brain activation is gaining ground quickly in many parts of the world. The results can range from stunning to comfortable but would definitely encourage the development of the brain and our capacity to access our brain power.

The core principle to Quantum Mapping is to start from our spiritual ideals to naturally get elevated feelings from our heart when we envision our goals clearly defined on our Mind map. We also add up to our mind map each feeling associated with the realization of a potential goal.

For instance, I will trigger a feeling of confidence and contentment if I am able to control my diet and exercise daily. Following an established routine which is very conducive to my health will naturally enhance my self-esteem and send vibration to the Quantum field with its cascade effect.

Contentment is a grounding for my happiness and it will create ripples back and forth in a virtuous circle. Every single effort brings multiple rewards.

So Quantum Mapping is adding the identified emotion for each goal defined in our Mind map which is specific to our Spiritual, mental, social and physical life.

Everyday we broadcast our goals, not in a mental effort but in the form of vibrations naturally emitting from our heart consciousness. The process of Quantum Mapping is on, we just need to wait and watch, observe and witness and calibrate our actions in the right direction.
